Morning from our front porch

I have always been amazed by sunrises and sunsets. They are very calming, at least for me.

This was a gourd I donated to our church for a fund raiser for the school. A friend of ours, Richard Jones, bought it as a gift for one of his friends who coon hunts on his farm. Richard owns Happy Jacks Farm in Franklin County and also grows and sells gourds of which I have bought. I will post a picture of one of his gourds that I have woodburned in up coming post.
